Terms of Service

FinLytTech Shakti · A vertical of Finlyt Technologies LLP · Effective: June 2026

      Plain English: Shakti is a financial intelligence service for Indian women entrepreneurs and SHGs. You pay a monthly subscription (₹99–₹399) plus optional one-time fees (₹499 per MUDRA-Ready Report). Your financial data is never sold, never stored longer than needed, and never used to train AI models. Reports are decision-support — not regulated financial or legal advice.
    

1Acceptance

By using FinLytTech Shakti, Samuh, the MUDRA-Ready Report service, or any related FinLytTech subdomain (collectively "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2What the Service does

FinLytTech Shakti reads your Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or manually-uploaded financial data, generates a Management Information System (MIS) report with AI commentary, and — after 6 months of usage — produces a MUDRA-Ready Score and lender-ready credit application package. Samuh (separately) provides SHG-level group accounting and NABARD compliance reporting.

3Pricing & subscriptions

Shakti Core — ₹299/month + GST. 14-day free trial. Auto-renews unless cancelled.
Shakti Pro — ₹399/month + GST. Includes everything in Core plus customer concentration, scheme navigator, and MUDRA-Ready Score generation.
Samuh — ₹99/month per SHG + GST. Introductory pricing for early SHG partners may apply on case-by-case basis.
MUDRA-Ready Report — ₹499 per report. One-time fee per generation. Eligible after 6 months of Shakti data.
All subscriptions billed via Razorpay India.
Cancellation is one-click from your account; no refund for the current billing month but no further charges.

4MUDRA-Ready Report — important disclosure

The MUDRA-Ready Score is an internal credit-readiness indicator generated from your verified Shakti data. It is NOT a loan sanction. It is NOT a CIBIL score. It does NOT guarantee approval by any lender. The recommended lenders list is informational — final loan decisions rest entirely with the bank or NBFC you approach. FinLytTech is not a lending agent, broker, or loan service provider.

5AI-generated content

AI commentary, narrative explanations, and the MUDRA-Ready Report application narrative are generated by Anthropic's Claude API from your Shakti data. AI output is decision-support — review every number before relying on it. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying figures against your source accounting system before sharing reports with a lender or investor.

6Your data & your CA

Your data belongs to you. Your Chartered Accountant continues to file your GST and statutory returns — Shakti does not replace your CA. We integrate read-only with Tally and Zoho Books and never modify, post, or alter your accounting entries.

7Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to upload data that is not yours or that you do not have authority to process. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the MUDRA-Ready Score algorithm. Do not impersonate another entity to register an SHG on Samuh.

8Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loan rejections, business losses, or decisions made based on AI-generated content or the MUDRA-Ready Score.

9Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account. We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
